Exhibition Tour with Robert Slifkin
Thursday, June 5, 11:30 AM. Tour convenes at the front desk. Free.
Robert Slifkin, professor of art history and humanities at Reed College, will lead a discussion on minimalism and its connection to Melissa Dyne's installation. Slifkin, a Ph.D. from Yale University, is a new addition to Portland's growing art community and contributed an essay to the brochure accompanying Dyne's exhibition.

Weekly Museum Tours
Tours convene at the front desk.
Drop by anytime between 11 AM & 12:30 PM every Wednesday or between 1 & 2:30 PM every Saturday. Tours run for approximately 45 minutes. Free.
Museum Tours provide visitors with a guided exploration of the artwork on view, inspiring ongoing conversations in which expert, novice and curious visitors can all participate.

Elementary school group tours can be scheduled for Tuesday - Friday between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM. Tours are generally 45 minutes long and can include post-tour discussion and art activity.
High school, university and community group tours can be scheduled for Tuesday - Friday after 12:00 PM. Tours are generally 45 minutes long, can include post-tour discussion and can be tailored to the interests of the group.
Tour fees:
School Groups
$3/student for 45 minute tours and use of The Lab for post-tour discussion
$6/student for 45 minute tour, post-tour use of The Lab + 45 minute art activity
